How we do it:

1. Initial consultation to collect data. Start by completing the form on the right.
2. Sign a contract for lease or for sale.  We can fax, email, or mail it to you.
3. If we buy your property, closing takes place through a Georgia closing attorney.  The closing attorney can come to you to close.  
4. You get to move on with life as your problem is SOLVED.
